I have to tell you that you are on my mind at least every 2 weeks when I recreate your Egg Pie recipe. I've added artichokes,3 cheeses, large green olives stuffed with garlic, potatoes, capers,sausage...just about every thing besides the kitchen sink!! It's one of Pat's and my favorites, but I still haven't been able to figure how your prep time is 5 minutes...I must be dreadfully slow cause it takes me 5 minutes just to get all the ingredients out! Anywhooooo, you are often thought of in Phoenix,Arizona. And in a few weeks in farrr North Idaho. Have a great week. xx-c

Yes, Great Barrier Reef! Lucky you! Did you go snorkelling? That was my favourite thing when we went out to the reef. More pics please.
